Two ways to start. Pick whichever feels easier right now — you can always come back and add detail later.
- What kind of job, where you work, how long you've been there
- What you did or said that you think started the problem
- What's been done to you and roughly when
- If your hours or pay dropped — what they were before, and what they are now, with rough dates
- What you've kept (paystubs, emails, screenshots, write-ups, your onboarding papers)
- If a complaint you made in confidence got shown around or brought up by coworkers
- Whether you've already filed anything (EEOC / OSHA / NLRB / state agency) — and any replies they've sent you
